I placed an order for delivery at 5:45 PM and did not receive it until 3 hours later. I called twice during this time to ask for the status and was told each time that it should be there soon. I live 6 minutes from this restaurant. The third time I called was at 8:30 PM to ask for a refund which I was denied. I explained that even if I do get the food I have been waiting 3 hours for it and would appreciate a refund and was again told no. I see many reviews saying how fast the delivery was, so not sure what happened tonight but either way refusing a refund for an order that was still not received 2 hours later than it was supposed to be delivered is unacceptable and disappointing. I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews and would not have if they had agreed to refund me the measly $15 for my meal.

Great food, unbelievably fast, with a nice menu that offers certain dishes most Chinese places lack. General Tso's Bean Curd (tofu) and fried wontons in garlic sauce are especially good.

Veg fried rice was ample with veggies, but lacking flavor. Egg roll, again ample with filling, but lacking flavor. Next time I will ask if they can spice it up a bit.
