Friendly atmosphere with excellent ice cream and a great location along the Ohio River. I'd like them even better if they were open the hours they state on their website. Their door is locked and the sign says they are closed. Website says they are open. Not!

It was a hot summer day and the mango sorbet hit the spot. Cookies are baked on-site and are only $1 as well. It’s a beautiful location on the river. I can’t wait to return when I’m in the area again.

Ice cream definitely not homemade, but good. Felt like the cashier was really pushy. Want to hurry us up. There was no one waiting behind us. Didn't get my add ins that I requested. Don't know if I was charged for them or not.

Great tasting ice cream; somewhat slow service. A spin of the Ben & Jerry's name. Limited sorbet flavors but a neat indoor lounge area. Nice riverside location.

AMAZING PLACE! Cash only, which doesn't bother us since we always carry some cash on us (she also had an ATM nearby). Woman behind the counter was so awesome with the kids and carried on great conversations with us while we decided what we wanted. Definitely going to be a regular stop on our walks down at the river front.

We have been so excited to finally try this place. But we were very disappointed. First off we wanted to order food first than our ice cream. I told the young girl about three times because she kept pushing us to order it all at once. Than we order two coneys and she didn’t know if they had any chili. Than she said they were out of it. We also ordered nachos that were stale. As I watched the girl make my shake she pulled a hair out of my shake and handed it to me! They acted like they had very little training. I usually do not write reviews like this but I had to say something.
