People: 0/10 Food: 0/10 App: 0/10 Two guys were so stoned they fought over who got to put the door dash sticker on my non door dash order bag... But wait there's more! So, this was a mobile order. I downloaded the app because the big sign in the window says free sandwich with app and I thought it would be easier on them. I added the coupon to my mobile order. Not a single person in the place or in drive through, but they still make you come inside to grab the food, okay no big deal. Park and go inside. He couldn't figure out for the life of him where they keep the three pepper sauce. Finally, I take my order, smile, and thank them.But they forgot the free sandwich I added on the app. Go back through the drive through and they say the app glitched, but I know it was added in my cart, so they refused to honor the free sandwich. He says he can sell me one..The greasy dude with curly hair was extremely smug and disrespectful. Enough to keep me from returning here. Food? 0/10 also. There was lamb in my chicken wrap. And the extra banana peppers were mostly stems.

Rude drive thru kid working. My sandwich looked disgusting called talked to a manager got hu on twice. Took it back manager on duty a lady did not even apologize or offer another sandwich. She told me on the phone they were 'busy' that was her excuse. They were not busy no cars in drive and Noone inside. I will not be returning.

Worst experience ever and on my Birthday, of all days!!!! Rude staff working the drive through window. Practically threw my fries at me. Hateful. Raw chicken. Even after coming home and putting it in the air fryer! If I could give zero stars, I would. Use to be a nice lady that worked the window. I believe her name was Beth. Definitely never going back! Even if they gave me $100 in free food, I still wouldn't go back.

This place gets the drive thru orders like crazy and they deal with it like pros! The front line workers doing dine in are not the top of the line workers but they get it done. Just don't expect a smile or anything extra from them. The managers are always in control and you can tell they are the leaders and they don't mind to tell the workers when they are slacking!

The most pleasant and efficient service I have ever received while patronizing a fast food restaurant. We stopped in here on route home to Canada. The cashier who first served me was very pollute upon ordering and the service in regards to my food order was impeccably fast. Before I could turn around to the self serve fountain to fill my drink, my order was already being called out and it was 100% accurate.-(Which is rare these days!) Meanwhile I had stepped to the loo and my husband was getting directions from the manager as our GPS quit on us. When I came out the manager greeted me and was very friendly. My husband commented while we were walking back to the car how friendly he was, plus he helped direct us the right way towards home. ;) We ended up stopping along the way at a hotel in Ohio. This was when I realized that I had left my cell phone in the womans bathroom at this Arby's. At this point we were many hours in the opposite direction and could not turn around. I even contemplated whether or not the cell phone would even be there regardless. For what it was worth I decided to call the Arby's just in case some good samaritan had turned it in or a staff member found it. Luckily, when I called the manager answered and remembered me right away. He mentioned that they had a lost and found and asked me to describe my phone in detail and what the screen saver was on the device. Thankfully my phone had charge and was there! The manager immediately responded by saying he'd keep my phone safe until our next return, however I explained that we wouldn't be back anytime soon. Long story short, the manager ended up mailing my phone all the way back to Canada. I'm so appreciative for the great staff who work at this Arby's and the manager who went above and beyond for me. Many thanks I'll never forget this and try not leaving my phone behind again. ;)-Sincerely, Beverley

Even though it clearly says that they close at 11pm, I was in the drive thru at 8:50pm and they turned out the lights and closed. The car in front of me ordered but, as I pulled up to place my order the lights were turned off. At 8:50pm…. This restaurant has always been inconsistent but this is ridiculous. Evidently it’s poorly managed.
