If ai could give 0 stars I would. We ordered for delivery tonight directly over the app. Order placed at 6:40 it did not arrive till 7:55. When the food got here it was hot. Order the number 3 for my wife and a number 15 for myself ask for extra tomatoes and Grey Poupon but half teaspoon is Grey Poupon and no tomatoes. They refused to rectify the situation and so I still have the sandwich not made properly and no money in return. Let's see what corporate says, after all tomatoes and Grey Poupon are free items that can be added but the manager chose not to. I was asked to never come back if I'm going to be an unhappy customer. By the way am I the only one that sees that she does have gloves on playing with her phone and making sandwiches that's not very safe and sanitary and she calls herself the manager.

The last three times we ordered it was sooooo good they made everything right!!!! before that it was hit or miss something was always messed up but tonight THEY SERVED OUR SANDWICHES ON STALE BREAD!!!!!!!!!! I just came from the drive thru at the Newburgh location and the person giving out the food at the window needs talked to. You shouldn't hold up customers at the pickup window when they are clearly watching you and all their stuff is at the window and you seem to take more priority to get on your phone and text rather than DOING YO JOB. WOW I would be getting fired for spring like that especially if you do it while customers are watching you. Did this person think I had all the time in the world to wait???
