Turtle Bay Newcastle

Just had a fab afternoon at Turtle Bay very impressed with their bottomless brunch! Our server kept the cocktails and beer coming that fast, we could barely keep up. Tried loads of great cocktails I hadn't tried before. The food was also delicious we all had different burgers which were excellent. All in all would highly recommend for both quality and value for money!

Party of 4 came here for my 40th birthday dinner. The food was great! We had ribs, jerk chicken, goat curry hash and plantains. Glowing reviews all round. I had the ribs and they just slid off the bone. The meat was juicy and flavourful. The spicy rum sauce was great and even the sides (fries, coconut rice & peas) were tasty! Service was quick and our server, Jess, was great. Attentive but not overbearing. We also were booked in for 18:30 and as we were seated, our greeter (didn't get a name, sorry) said they'd allow us to order from.the 2-4-1 happy hour cocktail menu, even though it stopped at 18:30 which was very nice of them. Upon finding out it was my birthday, I was offered a free dessert, and when I declined it was offered to anyone else. None of us are really dessert people so Jess then offered a shot. Again, we gratefully declined but was brought a shot anyway, which my brother drank 😂 Safe to say we were all impressed and are already talking about what we're having on our next visit!

Fantastic place to go to for good food and good cocktails. I ordered the curry goat which was delicious along with 2 cocktails. Altogether I had a main, my partner had 3 side dishes which were the sweetcorn fritters (not that great), Mac and cheese bites (absolutely delicious) and more Mac and cheese, we shared a desert and had 4 cocktails between us which were 2-4-1. We spent about £35 each and the service was fantastic.

We had the bottomless brunch here. Very well priced with great food and great cocktails. I had about 6 cocktails within 6 hours..the chicken roti wrap was delicious in great portions. The staff were very attentive and friendly, they even offered to move us to the bar area to finish off our last round of drinks as they needed our table for another booking afterwards. Great value for money and excellent atmosphere.
