Frankie & Benny's

Had a really nice meal. Food delicious and one of the kids ate for free. One issue was that I wasnt able to use a free garlic pizza voucher at the same time as kids eat free but wasnt told this before I ordered and had to pay full price for the garlic pizza which I only really wanted because I had the free voucher. Should have been told this before I ordered but didnt spoil what was a very nice meal.

“Lazanya is delicious, I love it! It has a rich flavor and is served piping hot. As for Frankie’s Classic Meatballs, they have a different taste from what I’ve had before. They feel milder compared to the rich taste of lasagna. There’s a slight spiciness that’s almost imperceptible. The meatballs themselves are tasty, and the overall portion size is quite big. The service staff is excellent, and the restaurant has a beautiful ambiance

Visited this restaurant for the first time with my wife around midday on Saturday as a welcome shopping break. We must have timed it well because we got a table no problem but a queue soon formed after us. The positives first - the food was great, we both opted for the "classic dog" which was simple and tasty along with a soft drink each. The only downside was the service. Although the waiting staff were friendly enough (apart from an older guy who seemed to be very bored with his job), we had problems catching their attention when we needed them - whether this was to place our order, or get our bill - and this took some doing. I know the place was busy but they need to pay more attention to the seated customers and not just those queuing. All in all, the food won over, so I'm sure we'll be back.

Think I’ve only ever had Frankie & Bennys once before years ago and wasn’t that great. But thought we’d try this one when I finished work. So happy we did! Was sooooo good! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Checked if we had any allergies. We got a pizza each and my son got a garlic bread, freshly made on sourdough 😍. We also got buffalo chicken loaded fries and they were to die for! Will definitely be back.

We decided to go into Franky & Benny's on our last visit to Newcastle and I'm so glad we did. We received a warm friendly welcome from Nick who showed us to our table, reviewed my food intolerances, offering a small tablet that enabled me to check menu details. We selected breakfast meals which were quickly brought to us by Jordan, another friendly, team member. The meals were hot, tasty and well priced This is a restaurant I would recommend to anyone looking for friendly, polite, well informed staff, with a wide range of tasty food, can accommodate a diverse range of food allergies and intolerances and is set comfortable surroundings with a relaxed atmosphere

Went in with some friends and three kids. The staff were straight over with colouring to keep them entertained. The staff were fantastic including one person who was only doing her second ever shift. She was patient with the kids complicated orders and smiled through the shift. As a vegetarian the food options were brilliant, good quality and the evening and kids menu were a bargain.
