Best place for food in Central Station.

A lovely place to grab a quick snack in Newcastle train station. Nicola and Craig (the owners) are great and they offer a wide selection of grilled cheese sandwiches and snacks - they have options for vegetarians and vegans too! I always try and come here for a toastie when I can - would recommend it over the chains in the station.

Oh my word. Had the vegan cheese melt and it was amazing! I actually walked down to the train station just to try it and it was totally worth it. The bread is nice and crisp but the crust has a good chew to it. I'd recommend the chilli chutney its not got much of a kick but adds a nice sweet tang.
