Pizza Hut

It's always quite hard to rate a chain of restaurants as they are all pretty much the same. The only real thing that let this Pizza Hut down was the mess all over the floor, it was clear that due to lack of waiting on staff that cleaning of the floor was not high on the agenda. There was a specific table where there was bits of pizza and salad all over the floor and it was directly enroute to the drinks station so it made it quite hard to avoid.

I am not a pizza lover but my grandson wanted to go as he loves pizza. Was my husband and I 1st time there on 4/4/24 would like to say what a lovely experience. A lovely member of staff called Luke helped to make that visit a nice one he was also pleasant helpful and good fun what a lovely man he is an asset to the place. I can honestly say we enjoyed our visit. Good job our son and his wife were with us as we didnt know how to order online whilst sat at the table. But I'm sure Luke at Silverlink pizza hut would have gone out of his way to show us. Thanks again Luke for the excellent service.

Beautiful pizza, salad bar. Fresh and in my opinion the best pizza you can get at the moment in the area. However it is very pricey, cost £60 for 3 people. Ouch! Staff sat us at table but didn't seem to want to serve, they would rather you do it on the app. Which they push on you slightly. Overall experience 3/5.

Visited again after 5 months during my office trip Calm and quiet. Even though limited chef caution advice from Laila Laila did her best to take our order and serve us as fast as she can with great smile. Thank you Laila , Katie and crew at Pizza Hut.. we loved our time with office colleagues. *********************** Had a great time. Thanks to James for serving us with patience and extreme customer care. Thanks to the team in kitchen. Will visit again.
