Always good food, but you need to improve on staff moral. So called 'experienced' staff, should show patience towards new staff rather than talk down on them.
The new staff looked harassed and scared of the older staff.
Remember you were a newbie once. Give him a chance, he is trying to earn an honest living.

Fantastic, fresh, tasty Cod & Chips. Delicious chips. Have had few meals delivered and always been piping hot. Not too greasy. Highly recommended, great customer service too.

UPDATE: The company fixed it. They are sending a new one of our order. We appreciate this very much. This is where my boyfriend gets his birthday/anniversary dinners when we are in different countries... highly recommend!
We placed an order and received the wrong one. We tried calling multiple times to get this sorted and no one will answer. Ruined my boyfriend's birthday dinner.

Really great fish and chips, fish has been made fresh on every visit so it is piping hot. I really enjoy the crispy batter as well and glad it's halal too :) deffo recommend a visit. Only doenside is chips are hit at miss so knocked off a star. They don't look too appetising and not fresh like the fish. They taste ok but could be alot better.
