I always have a strange order and this was the first time we went to Cowgate KFC. The you Ng lady who served us was super friendly and helpful.

Only Halal KFC restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne. Very fresh and best food served all the time. Wonderful customer service. Plenty of seating area. Self order machines are good to order independently but need to sanitise regularly. Plenty of free parking space available.

Customers were complaining about quality of food after eating it all. John dealt with it very professionally and if customers have an issue with food they should not eat the whole thing and complain and they should treat hospitality workers with respect.

So there’s been a revamp of the place. Environment much cleaner and staff seem more attentive and a lot more organised. Majority of food was hot and seemed relatively fresh. Apart from one piece of chicken and some chips which I got replaced with fresh ones. Prices have went up but not massively, would realistically come back again, big improvement from the feral chaos looking establishment prior.
