Superb! One of THE best places to chill in the Toon. The decor is fabulous, the food imaginative and thoughtfully presented and the cocktails are gorgeous. Shout out to the friendly staff on the bar and in the restaurant. Outdoor seating area for people watching when the North East weather decides not to rain ;)

Went for afternoon tea with my friend. It was lovely, the cocktails are very nice. My only issue is that the milk that came with the tea was sour, I told the waitress and she was lovely about it but checked the carton and said it was in date. I suspect it's just gone off when it's been out. We couldn't finish all of our bits from the afternoon tea there was a lot but it was all delicious.

Visited for restaurant week, a bit apprehensive reading recent reviews about slow service, but we certainly weren't disappointed 😀 Lovely pretty decor, fantastic cocktails, food was delicious and beautifully presented. There was plenty time in between courses, but not too long of a wait, didn't feel rushed. Staff were helpful too.

I can't believe I've not been in here before. What a place. The food is top notch at a great price and the flavours were amazing. It was difficult to choose a cocktail as there were so many! The young lady who served us was very polite, helpful and never stopped - what a hard worker. We also loved the decoration in the restaurant and downstairs with plenty of Instagramable places to take photos. Thanks to all the staff. I'll be back and will recommend.

Lovely place for cocktails and food. We shared the Mezze board between 4 of us and all had a main dish. I had the open steak sandwich which was lovely and all other guests enjoyed their meal too. The only downside is thats the service was very slow and didn't take away our starter dishes so the table became very cluttered when our mains came. Highly recommend the sweet little Leila cocktail.

Wonderful afternoon here recently with a friend for lunch. Amazingly attentive friendly and patient young woman serving us and the 2 guys in the bar area seemed super friendly too. Food was very enjoyable and they were more than happy to give us two big plates so we could dive in and share our various dishes. 💯 returning for cocktails next time. Thanks to the wonderful waitress who was really was a delight. Also worth noting that it’s a total different venture from the hotel above which, I personally, found pleasing.

We had our wedding anniversary here and despite of the place (restaurant side) being small (not too small though), the food was amazing and the service top notch. It's a perfect place for socialising while enjoying the tasty and outstanding menus. We will definitely go back more often. The burger I had was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it... Seriously 😂. When it comes to the dessert... Woow. I think the pictures will tell you all... Over the moon
