Lovely fresh homemade food. Delicious traybakes, sandwiches are made to order so I got exactly what I wanted. Very generous size for the price! Staff are lovely too

Aside from paying the quayside tax (pricier than average), it is tasty food made to order and nice friendly staff with quick service.

Best breakfast in Newcastle. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Top quality food and service. Made to order how you like it too which I love , not many places do this

Called in this afternoon when I was out for a walk along the quayside, ordered a burger and a coffee,I have to say that's possibly the best burger I have had for as long as I remember, will definitely give them a visit again,well done to the staff who were very friendly and helpful, the deli was spotlessly clean so it's a 10/10 from me.

For all your catering needs look no further then here, outstanding service & top quality ingredients.
Staff go out there way to make sure you leave as happy as they are to serve you.
I would even recommend there outside catering for events as nothing is to much trouble

Visited The Deli and sat outside in the sun and enjoyed the views. The food was delicious and the coffee was very nice. Very relaxing lunch experience. The shop is immaculate and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend, will be back for breakfast next time.
