Went with the family for a birthday treat We were welcomed at the door by a member of staff called Az he was very polite and helpful and showed us to our table The service was prompt and very efficient we ordered a full range of food including burgers wraps loaded chips sweets and drinks all were of great quality and everyone fully enjoyed the meal this is a great place to visit for all the family and we will certainly be going again

Well me and the fam have just been back for the second time today to indulge in dessert and alls I can say is 10/10 food 10/10 dessert’s Staff and friendliness 9/10 Decor and atmosphere 10/10 Reason for having to knock a point off the staff review is them not having colour coordinated! Work wear! I will be happy to give that point back for a perfect score if next time I come in all the guys working the front have matching pink patties hoodies. Best burger joint in Newcastle. Enjoy the others like meat stack and hippo but patties is the king of the burgers. The burgers are fresh and tasty, nice ground beef, soft brioche buns and a great line up of condiments. In particular the hot patties is a thing of beauty, good amount of spice, pickle, cheese and a smack of garlic. The fries are so good, cooked in beef dripping and you get a really good amount of them. Then to top it all off the chocolate mousse with salted caramel and cornflakes is tasty af, like some supercharged school dessert. Patties, don't ever change, actually maybe start delivering to NE3!

Enjoy these burgers and their fries. The two patties are not too thick so there's a good toppings to meat ratio. The size of the fries with toppings on is pretty massive so two people can happily share those. The size of the chips/fries with the meal deal is smaller but definitely enough for one person.

Really friendly bunch.i had the hot meal deal double patties burger.ab fab perfect now my new fav in Newcastle. Chips done in beef dripping pack real flavour .had also the salted caramel chocolate mousse with homemade frosties .brilliant. i will be back soon cheers.regret not getting the triple though.

Right, there are two reviews on here as I write this. One of the two says its the best burger they've ever had. I wholeheartedly agree. I've just finished one and instead of getting it on with my girlfriend, I'm writing a review of it. That's how good it was. I had the rib burger. Unreal. Canny pricey but 100% worth it. And the fries are lush. Patties, you'll make us fatties. 😂
