I rarely leave any reviews but I feel I must, just to save anyone wasting their time. Easily the worst KFC in the UK. Stopped ordering from here on due to issues every single time (cold food, 3 hour wait, wrong order, poor service) Stopped by drive thru last night to see if it was any better, unsurprisingly it's not. Got home to find Half our order was missing, it's really not hard to put items in a bag, especially with loads of staff in an empty restaurant standing doing nothing.

Went to byker Kfc today for our lunch, absolutely disgusting. The hot wings seem like they where left overs from yesterday the chicken was extra salty and the bags smelt of anti septic resulting in the chips etc smelling too. Would not recommend visiting this KFC and I for sure will not be going back.

Just been ordered food coming to £25.97 gets all the way home and I have chicken but no fries. Not the 1st time had food missing. Not happy the staff are to busy doing deliveroos to pay attention to customers that come and pick up their own food. You will lose customers as this happens a lot.

Love KFC love there chicken taste especially the chicken wings got my self some thing special the chicken wing bucket, tasted awesome, this KFC cool also has drive through, these wings were 5.99 special, nice staff too.

Popped in for quick bite. Sat in, but hard to find table that wasn't manky dirty with stuff all over floor under tables. Kids behind counter were obviously pushed as non stop supply of delivery drivers coming in to pick up.
Whilst my piece of chicken was fine. The bun was sad with a TINY piece of lettuce chucked in. Wasn't up to normal KFCs.

Been today said drive throu was open but isn't... so we ordered apart from 3 other meals this is my tower chicken burger & chips items left out of burger chicken was really hard so was the bun the chips were cold and tasteless tried to call not answering disgusting 😡

Always when order something and gets delivered we never get what we asked for.. this time 2 cans of tango and 1 can Pepsi was not with our meals and meals was cold.. try ringing company in byker to complain, they never pick up phone.. so more money down the drain

Avoid avoid avoid staff incompitant 3 cars infront of me at drive through it took 10 minites to get to order window and then over 20 minites from payment window to colection window no apology for my wait then on top of it all i was only givern a half box of large popcorn chicken and i had waited that long for my food my drinks had gone flat will not be going back
