My friends and I came here due to the other restaurants being very crowded, but that was a mistake. We ordered 3 small breakfast items that didn’t need to be cooked, just toasted and 3 drinks. The drinks took half an hour to come out and the food took an hour. We wished we went to McDonald’s because the food was definitely not worth the wait..

Used to love this place when it was The Depot. Came for breakfast/lunch with my 2 kids and husband. From the start there was an issue with ordering on her device. My husband and I got our drinks which were fine, food took about an hour and a half to arrive and even by then my kids didnt even have their drinks or their food. Went and asked about drinks, they then took another half hour to bring 2 kids milkshakes, was meant to be one cookies and cream and one caramel. Girl brought them to the table and said 2 chocolate milkshakes, we then corrected her and she checked and gave them to us stating they were the cookies and cream and the caramel, tasted them and they were both chocolate so she had lied to us as well. Kids food hadn't even been put through their system by this point about 2 hours later. Ended up leaving and just buying the kids McDonalds. They took the milkshakes off the bill but we were really not impressed in the slightest. I will give the place another chance because this has never happened before but if it does then they've lost a fairly regular customer. Food that we did get was as good as normal but doesnt make up for the rest.

We came for a trivia night which turned out to be rubbish. The questions didn’t make sense, it was supposed to start at 7 but didn’t until 7:30 and in between each round took ages to mark/start the next round. We ordered food and the food didn’t take too long to come out but the burgers were still very pink in the middle. Won’t be back and likely neither will the people on our table.

Bad service and very unprofessional manner in the way they treat there staff. Also I had a friend play music there 4 mths ago he is still waiting to be payed very unprofessional. The food was terrible to probably the worst restaurant ever never ever go there again even if it was the only place we could buy food on the earth I would starve that’s what I think of this place
