Harry's Schnitzel Joint- The Junction

I have given this place a chance on repeat visits and EVERY time, they forgot to add something to my order. They forgot to add the SAUCE in my wrap. It was not great with zero sauce. They forgot to add salt to my chips on a 2nd visit. Probably better for my health, but still, they just CANNOT get an order 100% accurate. I won’t go there again. Check your order is correct before leaving.

I visited Harry’s a couple of times now the first time the chicken on my wrap was off and had a weird smell and taste to it and the lady that is there who has an undercut is a very rude lady. On the first visit I witness a full fledge argument between her and a good delivery man and the second time I retried the food it was off and the lettuce was dripping wet made the whole wrap soggy and putrid, the chips were rock hard and stone cold definitely not fresh and I found it to be very over priced. I will not be re visiting.

I order Uber from Harry’s at the Junction at least twice a week and big orders family of five as well as pop in to the store constantly. I did one of my usual orders and they added lettuce when I never ticked it when I rang to let them know the problem they were so rude to me on the phone I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully I have never in my life written a review as I know how hard business is but from a customer that spends $150 + every week from your shops you need to teach your staff how Uber orders work that you can customise and add things and subtract things not you ordered Spartan and thats what you get. He rudely repeated this to me 4 times!!! Yes I ordered Spartan but I added cheese and subtracted lettuce but still ended up with lettuce and to be told I got what I ordered. Thank you to Uber for refunding me but it doesn’t help my 9 year old son who’s still hungry!!!

Schnitzel was good, chips good, gravy awesome. Decent sized, fair priced, wait time average...... but coleslaw eeewww! Forget the lack of sauce thou, the dried shrivelled up, discolored carrot bits and chunks of cabbage stalk was horrible. customer service was underwhelming and we had to sit at an unclean table .

Couldn't find the store at Market Town. This review is about that branch. Bored staff and not very welcoming. Limited menu. I bought the plain schnitzel, chips and salad plate.. Chips were ok. Salad was fresh and again ok. Schnitzel was thin and flavourless.. Nothing special about the breading, no unique twist. I won't be back.

The food has become increasingly worse over time and less value for money. The wraps are way over packed with salad (mainly lettuce) and very minimal schnitzel. The schnitzels are too thin and over cooked making them dry. The groms schnuggets and chips used to be such good value. There used to be a whole schnitzel cut into 6 or so pieces with a small fries. The last two times it has been 3 tiny pieces and waaaaay too many chips. Disappointing. About the same standard as Subway or some other fast food chain. The staff were really friendly though.
