Frankies By Fibonacci Coffee

Underwhelming food, bland and overpriced. Trying to be another monkeys/autumn rooms but falling way short. We had a similarly disappointing experience previously but thought we’d give Frankie’s another go. Unfortunately food and service is still average. Lettuce on the Frankie’s burger was old and wet, the burger tasted pretty plain. Smoothie was mostly milk, again flavourless. Save you money and wait in line to get a table next door at autumn rooms or monkeys.

Waited 50min for our meals, my partner's banana strawberry and honey smoothie tasted like it have one strawberry, half milk and half water with no banana or honey. Then when the lunch came out, her burger was only half full! Very stingy. It's unfortunate because I really did like it here, but this was one bad experience too many.

Do not go there if you’re in a rush. I’ve been there 4 times now and have waited over half an hour for one bacon and egg roll and a coffee. Over an hour for 4 mains. Feedback would be to tell customers if there is over a half hour wait on simple things (like a bacon and egg roll) and over 45min/an hour wait on mains. Customers won’t mind as much if they are told. Another frustrating thing about the service was when we asked about our mains around 40 minutes in we we told they’d be “5 minutes” despite taking another half an hour. The only reason I have gone back is because others have wanted to go there and at least the food is decent (although there was cheese on the bacon and egg roll, which they should mention bc I would have taken it off.) On a positive note, the coffee i’ve had there is nice.
