To the male staff who worked there on 17/02/22 at 2 pm. YOU HAVE RUINED MY DAY! Super TERRIBLE customer service! I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! I have ordered a 8 dollars small box (2 dishes) takeaway this afternoon and the staff didn’t listen to me at all. He took two containers and put each dish in each container with rice. I told him I ordered one 8 dollar takeaway with 2 dishes. He was rude to me and said “So are you saying you don’t want them now? Ok, I’m going throw them in the bin then” So at the end I paid $16 for the food that I DID NOT ORDER. ALSO, as I paid $16, I SHOULD have 2 dishes with rice in EACH container! Please have customer service training for your employees!

Possibly the worst takeaway ever. The sweet and sour pork had only batter and absolutely no pork what so ever. We also ordered just vegetables and they were slimy and honestly pigslop!!! Please don’t waste your money on this food, it was ghastly. I rang to complain and they hung up on me. Horrendous!!!!!!

Honey chicken tastes nothing like it all it tastes like is chewy, tastless, batter. The fried rice if you can call it that is gluggy brown rice with hardly any thing in it. The spring rolls taste like chewing leather boots. I can't say one good thing about this place. It is the worst food I have ever had.

This is probably the worst food I have ever purchased. The dumplings a flavourless ball of flour. Duck all bones no meat and the sauce tasted like five spice and a kilo of salt. Vegetable spring rolls all wrapper and minimal bland filling, no sauce included. Chicken and rice. I have never seen chicken prepared like this. Bones cut into small pieces leaving bone fragments throughout and all over soggy rice. I think they would probably cook instant noodles badly. The fact this business exists is proof people will buy absolutely anything.

A friend and I ordered honey chicken, sweet and sour pork, fried rice and cashew prawns. $68 later and the only thing we liked was the rice. The chicken and pork were all batter and some had no meat... the prawn were okay but the huge chucks of ginger made it hard to enjoy. Plus they charged us for the takeaway containers which if I knew I was paying for I would have just left the food there as it was only being saved for the dogs. I am super disappointed that I wasted my money!
