Food was good as always due to it being Nando's, but the EFTPOS machine was old, had no working paypass, they had bare minimum in terms of drinks left & majority of the tables were filthy, we had to clean our own one off from the scraps. Poor attempt Charlestown Nando's, gonna stick with Kotara from now on

I love everything about nandos!! I'm very big fan of spicy foods, and nandos always hits the spot!! Great to see one in Newcastle. I visit the place a fair bit, even though it's a bit out of my way.

My friend waited for his food for 50 minuets, take food mind you, because his order was lost. After his ridiculous ordeal, not only did they not offer any form of discount or gift of apology, to add insult to injury, his meal was brought out to him cold. COLD! I heard Nandos food was meant to to be HOT. Needles to say, I am Perry disappointed. Jokes aside, get your act together.

Can tell you now its not as good as the Nandos in the UK. People who run the Nados in Aus need to take a plane to check them out. In comparison they are put to shame. But in saying that, I still enjoyed the Nados here in Aus.

I ordered a wrap and to be honest I've had better cheap wraps from kfc but I didn't try the burgers or chicken so can't complain on that yet.

Fantastic service, great food and dining area. Would recommend if wanting something a bit better than food from the food court upstairs or for just a nice meal out.
