Seven Seas Hotel

Goodness me 😊 We found this quiet little hotel when walking on a balmy night in carington. I was so impressed with the chef who explained his ability to accommodate a vegan meal preference. "We can use vegan "sheese" on any of the vego pizzas and pasta's. And the pizza was absolutely unreal. I ate all of the "swiss brown" pizza. It excellently combined mushrooms with caramelized onion, truffle oil, thyme and basil. My younger sister was brought complimentary ice cream with a handful of chocolates. The food was brought to the table and meal checked by both the chef and floor manager. Live music made the atmosphere. I'd love to see this hotel as busy as it deserves to be.
