Went in today to put in a cake order, however it was extremely hot in there. Those conditions are not suitable for the workers let alone an ice-cream shop. Situation needs to be fixed asap. The ladies serving still had excellent customer service despite their working conditions.

I love basket-robbins I've always loved it since I was a kid, I went there today with my sister but they didn't have many options which was pretty sad they were out of all our favorites 🥲 but was pretty good either way.

Been going for nearly 20 years. Great selection of ice creams.
But howcome there is never any male staff apart from the old man that owns the place?

Nice little store, Covid doesn't allow more than 3 people in there at a time though, so there's always a queue to get in. Lots of variety in ice cream, although not all of them are that great - personally wouldn't recommend the popping candy one. Fast service (once you got in), friendly staff, clean venue. Reasonably priced.

Loved the very berry strawberry ice cream. Nice, pleasant young girl served us.
The pistachio and almond icecream is basically a green almond icecream, not much pistachio.

Had a very good experience. Part of it was the person serving. She was helpful in making choices for us, unhurried, smiling and gave us a very good experience. The ice cream were just nice. Nice flavours, right amount of sweetness and great texture. Enjoyed the whole experience with the whole family.👍

Purchased an icecream cake for my granddaughters birthday recently. The cake looked nice and all chocolate. However I was so disappointed with the product with the flavour and icecream quality considering the price I paid. Consequently I wont purchase another cake.

Always an excellent experience at the Waratah Basin-Robins. We've driven from Thornton on many occasions down to this store for a treat for the family. That is a 40 minute round trip, so to say the experience is worth it for my family is very true. Great Ice Cream and Ice Cream related deserts and the staff are both professional and very friendly. Do yourself a big favour and say G'day for a top treat.
