We were really pleased we chose this place to eat out whilst visiting NI on holiday. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. I loved the jazz style music playing in the background. Thank you so much, I thoroughly recommend.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this restaurant, the staff, the service or the food. We chose this restaurant to have our wedding reception due to the location and it was the best decision ever! Every single member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and treated us like we were regulars. They were kind, helpful and amazing to us and our guests. Felt like we were all good friends before the night was through. They take exceptional service to the next level. Every meal was cooked to perfection and delicious. We even went back after the reception for a night cap and the staff had told the band we were newly married and they made a point to congratulate us and call us up for a dance as husband and wife. I could go on and on. So thank you all so much for making our wedding even more amazing. We'll Absolutely be back soon. Xx

Had early dinner here with my sister in law on Friday 26 August. Hadn't been here since previous owners, and was not disappointed! The food was delicious and the service by our lovely waitress Caitlin was second to none. Can't wait to eat there again!

Popped in for a bite of lunch and to take shelter from storm Betty. Staff were amazing and so welcoming. We had a delightful lunch, and the pepper sauce was delicious. We can't wait to visit again when we're next in the area.

Food and service first class. Traditional Sunday lunch of roast beef was one of the tastiest we've had. Beef cooked to perfection as were all the trimmings. Generous portion so no room for desert. Steve the waiter/barman and indeed all the staff were really friendly. Reasonable prices.

Steve and Kim made us feel proper comfortable there, great craic. Lovely people. Food is excellent and a great vibe. You can see the mountains and the sea and they’re dog friendly which was great. Our Bruce welcomed with a bowl of water on entry! 100% recommend a visit here!!

Decent wee spot, mussels for the starter were delicious, chicken stack was okay and the cocktails were a bit overpriced, could be better mixed. Service was great. Would go back for a bite.

Always call in to the mariner with our 3 pups for a drink or food. Great Guinness and the food is beautiful. Had the Jerk Wings with gorgeous blue cheese dip followed by the Burger on Sunday and needed a lie down after it. 😂
The staff are lovely into the bargain very friendly and helpful.

Food was delicious and staff made us feel welcome. We paid less here than we did at restaurants down the way, and the food was much better! Highly recommend stopping in at the Mariner.
