Positano Pizza Napoletana

Pizza is great tasting and authentic. Would give it 5 stars if flat part of the crust would be less pale and soggy. Even when I order it “well done”. It still comes out the same way and the pizza slice is “floppy” when you pick it up to eat it. Also, (maybe not their issue but) when delivering they need to invest in insulated bags to keep the pizza warm. It’s always ice cold upon delivery and has to be warmed up.

Simply Excellent. The dough is fluffy and delicious. The sauce is fresh fresh made and NOT overly sweet or acidic as most typical Italian pizza places are. My wife has a gluten allergy and we’ve tried many different gluten free crust options before. This was by far the best. I would venture to say most people wouldn’t be able to tell the difference that’s how good it is. You can tell all the ingredients used are fresh which makes the food enjoyable.

Veggie pizza was amazing! I almost asked them to leave off the artichoke hearts because in the past, at other pizza restaurants, the artichoke hearts were always tough and chewy, however these melted in your mouth, as did all the wonderful fresh vegetables. Another reason we enjoyed this veggie pizza was because it wasn't loaded down with cheese, you could really "taste" each and every ingredient. The arugula salad with apples and shaved was also delicious. And with the "Italian" music playing we really felt we were in Italy, even though we had no idea what they were singing! 🤣😂 We will definitely return!

I love this place the pizza is great and they cook it right there in front of you and every other time I’ve been here (which is only a couple times) the staff has been very friendly and the experience has always been good. However, I have a 3 star review because I was just not entirely happy with my visit tonight... I had been telling my boyfriend about this place for awhile and wanted to show it to him so we came in to grab a quick pizza it was pretty late it was 8:45 when we walked in and they close at 9 so we tried to hurry with our order and they lady working at the counter was very nice and helpful, I said to her “I know it’s late and y’all are trying to get out of here...” as I apologized for the timing of our visit and she replied with “don’t worry about it, y’all can eat here too if you want it to” I work in the restaurant industry so I know how it is when customers arrive late and we have to accommodate them, even when they stay way past the time we close so I’m always conscientious of that everywhere I go. So as out pizza came out of the oven, (we ordered it to go so we could just eat a quick slice before we headed out) we sat down and tried to eat just one slice and got about halfway through before one of the workers/cooks tall with glasses and a red and white hat approaches us AS SOON as the clock hit 9:00 and says to us “hey guys we’re closed” and my boyfriend replied “okay we’re about to walk out the door right now” and he said “yeah we are too” we left the restaurant at 9:01.... I just couldn’t believe how rude he was... theres definitely a much nicer way to ask someone to kindly leave... I wouldn’t expect any of my coworkers to tell a customer to leave the way he did. It was very rude.

I dread eating Italian food,because I am usually disappointed. My mother is from Italy and makes pasta and pizza from scratch,traditional style. This is best pizza I have had in awhile and is truly authentic. It reminds me of my mom’s Sicilian style thin pizza,awesome. Thank you for an amazing pizza!!
