The Mad Mexican

I have lived within 10 miles of this place for over 5 years now and for some reason had never stopped in until about two months ago. Now I eat lunch here once or twice a week. The food is delicious(TRY THE BRISKET!) The employees are very friendly, and the music they have playing in the background is top notch. Extra kudos to whoever chooses the music! Stop by The Mad Mexican next time you’re in downtown newnan.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. The customer service is pretty blah, and the food really doesn’t make up for it at all. All of this is enough for me to not come back, but on top of that, the guy preparing food was touching peoples’ food with his BARE HANDS! As in reached into the taco shell and took off the sauce and cheese using his bare hand, then put it back to give to a customer. Since when do you touch food you are about to serve to others without gloves at a restaurant?! I can’t believe no one said anything to him about that. The food is just barely edible, and the hygiene is not up to par. Go to a place with real Mexican food, not this poor excuse for it.
