Cracker Barrel

Came and put our names in at 10:50AM. Took until 11:55AM to be seated and to get our order taken. Around 12:45PM waiter comes up and says they forgot to push the button and re-takes our order. Food finally comes at 1:05PM. The total was around $70 but they took a few meals off and we paid $34. So we were at Cracker Barrel from 10:50AM to 1:45PM. :( Food was good as always though. It’s just the wait is a pain.

Worst Experience I have ever had at Cracker Barrel. I went with my mother to Cracker Barrel for the first time since the pandemic had begun. We were overly excited because we love eating here. We made reservations online, but when we got there our names were not to be found. We laughed it off, blamed technology and made a new reservation for just two people assuming it would not take to long to seat two people. We asked the lady to estimate our wait time and she was confused herself and showed us her screen. She said a lot of tables had finished eating a long time ago, but still had not left. ME and my mother assumed they had just been talking and people would leave soon. We were WRONG. After waiting a pain stakingly long time for just two people to eat we finally were called to a table. Our waiter was nice took our order. The food took some time to come out for just two meals, but we did not mind because it was delicious when it did come out. When we placed our orders we went ahead and placed an order to go because my father was waiting for his dinner at home. We explained we wanted the waiter to wait a few minutes after placing our order to do the to go order because we did not want to wait on the food once we finished. We finished eating and we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our to go order because they did not put it in. To top it all off I ordered desert to go because I am pregnant and I had been craving cracker Barrel's famous coca cola cake, but I did not want my father waiting any longer for his food. It took an extremely long time for me to get 1 slice of cake. The waiter kept coming to apologize and explained the manager would be slicing the cake soon. I hated to wait, but the manager was slicing my cake so I am sure I would have an amazing cake to eat at home. WRONG. Once I got home I excitedly opened my cake and was SHOCKED. There was almost no cake. There was only the chocolate icing and it was all smashed to bits. I could not believe it. My hormones took over and I am not ashamed I cried over this cake I had been craving my entire pregnancy. I am still craving my coca cola cake.

Scrumptious. The staff is awesome. This morning I had the privilege of having Aaron as my server and was on top of everything. The other night I was in there and picked up to go order and Stevie was very helpful along with the dining room manager who had long blonde hair. I also saw Tyler who has waited on me in the past and another one that is always on top of things. Cracker barrel staff is always very helpful here and the food is delicious. When I come to Newnan I eat at least twice or three times here.

The store is not bad at all but associate Linda should learn how to listen and wait until customer finish speaking when taking orders over the phone. All she said was “No” before I finished speaking. I had to just hang up because she keeps cutting me short with her “No”. I called at different time and different associate answered, and she was much better then Linda. Please train associate to listen before jumping to flat “No” as an answer....
