Zaxby's

They always get something wrong with the order. I always order wings and things, white cheddar bites, and the chicken finger plate. This time, they got everything right, but when I asked for no ice in either drink, both drinks were loaded with ice to the top of the cup. There was more ice per volume than soda. The soda tasted like water. When I tried to get the attention of the individuals at the window, all four of them, including a manager that was with them, ignored my pleas. One of them looked directly at me, and then proceeded to close the window and walk away. I hate sounding like a total Karen, but that just rustles my jimmies. To top it off, there was a hole in the bottom of the cups that I only noticed when I got home, and I'm now cleaning my cupholders from soda spilling everywhere.

I'm from out of state and really enjoyed Zaxby's. There was quite a line but it moved quickly and the staff was friendly. I got the chicken fingers and fries. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The fries were golden and hot. It's not fine dining but it was a great quick lunch.

We ordered via the drive-thru. The chicken fingers were tasty, fries were half seasoned and not well done as I had asked. The tea was perfect. After driving off and opening my box, I realized that the barbeque sauce I had asked for was not in the bag. I dislike the ordering experience if I have to ask more than once to receive an item(s) and it's still not in the bag or box with the food...
