Moe's Southwest Grill

Usually my experience is pretty good, and I always love the food, but the service was very slow. The person who was making my food was Oliva and she had no urgency whatsoever to get the customers taking care of and to keep the long line moving. This was around 5:45pm today, 12/12. She helped a group of 3 in front of me and made my 2 salad plates (that were made the same) and it took 20 minutes to complete. She changed her gloves out at least 5 times and each time, it took her about a minute to put the gloves on due to her nails being long. Another person eventually stepped in, helped the customer that was behind me who eventually surpassed me to the line and was cashed out. There was about 6 other people behind. Everyone else there seemed to be working pretty fast except for her. I don't know what her problem was, but she clearly doesn't want to work. She should go home and try again tomorrow. Thanks to everyone else who was trying to get the customers in and out!

Edit: New Management I suppose but they have an extremely rude female Jaee working. Rude to customers and fellow employees. All new faces and only one willing to say I was right. Trez(?) Kindly agreed to help me when I asked him to assist me. They would do well to promote him. The restaurant was clean. The staff welcoming. However I almost walked out when they told me my order of fajitas would be $11 to $18. So after I explained I had never been charged that they realized their error and fixed it. Not to mention a lady returned to get her change that wasn't given. I think they need more training as everyone was new.

I visited this location today. The food was great and the service was awesome. The staff were working very hard to serve all the customers in line. I didn't mind waiting in line! I also work in the service industry and all of you people complaining about minor things have no idea what service workers have been dealing with these past few months. I truly respect anyone who has made it this far through the covid months. Most businesses are barely hanging on with very short staffs and you people complain about minor things! I truly feel sorry for you all because you have no clue what those employees in the service industry go through daily. Most of you wouldn't make it a day doing what retail and restaurant workers do! Stop your complaining and show some respect. These people work hard for little money and have risked their lives serving you food! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

I WILL NEVER COME HERE TO EAT!!! THIS PLACE IS OPERATED BY TEENAGERS THAT STAND AROUND AND DO NOTHING. WHEN I ARRIVED NOTHING WAS FILLED UP, I ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY MORE VEGGIES AND THE ASSOCIATE HAD ANOTHER ASSOCIATE PUT SOME ON THE GRILL. THEY BOTH WALKED AWAY AS I WATCH THEM BURN. THE GUY THAT PUT THEM ON THE GRILL WAS ALSO CHANGING THE TRASH. NONE OF THEM KNEW THE MANAGER’S NAME AND SAID THAT HE HAD ALREADY LEFT FOR THE DAY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. DON’T COME HERE.
