We ordered a family boneless wings meal for curbside pick up. The order was correct, however, the food was terrible both orders of fries were cold and stale. The boneless wings were cold. The quality of the chicken used was not good. Almost like it was old chicken. Best part of the order was the toast. I normally don't post reviews when I have a bad experience, but this is the norm with this location. I should have known better.

Just what I needed for my first Georgia meal in years! Great chicken and fantastic sweet tea!

Not great. Stood in line for our food for almost 20 minutes. Had to ask for my missing salad. (3 of which were supposed to NOT have tomatoes, but did)
Then got home and I’m missing 2 whole meals and a nibbler sandwich. Was asked if I have the receipt, said yes. She said you can come back or we can give u credit. Well since this is my dinner for tonight here I sit in the drive thru line, going on 15 minutes to get my missing food.
This better be the best damn chicken sandwich ON THE DAMN PLANET!!!!!
Cause I am seriously annoyed AF. Shouldn’t take OVER an hour to get fast food.

Very excited!! Recently I have had some not so great run-ins at other Zaxby's, but every time my lady suggests running to this one I get excited. Foods amazing, doesn't take too long and the service quality is amazing. Other Zaxby's could learn from this establishment!!!

They are now open for dine in, thank goodness! The inside service is pretty fast, and the food is great. But the drive through has been a nightmare since March though.
