Jimmy John's

We will NEVER order from Jimmy John’s again. They have very poor customer service. The driver wrote all the wrong information down and then wanted to blame it on us. They don’t update their system. Every time we placed an order it would go to my old address first. Austin the manager who was on duty kept hanging up on me when I was talking to him. Patty who was the driver didn’t have any of the correct information and then couldn’t even give us a credit to come pick up the sandwich. Very very poor customer service. The meal was ordered and 2 hours later still didn’t receive anything. Please learn how to take care of your customers and treat them properly if you want them to come back.

I was having some issues with ordering the T-mobile free sandwich. A young cashier started helping me. I sat down while following his instructions. Once back at the register an older red hair gentleman came to the register. So I'm told him the story. Rudely he tells me that he couldn't help me. I asked another question regarding the app order. His tone then seemed agitated. I asked another question about a second order. He replied you have to order that on the app as well. By that time I am thinking to self...what's his problem, you see I am having problems already with the app but you tell me to use the app to make that order as well. I'm new to the area, and will not be going back.

The past couple of times I have gone there my order has been completely wrong because I’m still trying to order and they start making my sandwich. I am trying to tell the person on the register I don’t want lettuce or tomato but it is already too late because the person that’s making the sandwich has already done that. It’s very annoying and nerving racking how impatient that are. It’s happened at least 4 times this past month. I will not be returning.

Ordered through door dash and it was AWFUL! The bread was rock hard. I couldn’t even eat it. I requested a refund . And they said call door dash. I called door dash and they said it’s jimmy johns who has to refund because they deliver their items. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. First and last time I’ll ever order.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Jimmy Johns. All employees on duty acted as if they did not want to be at work. Asked if I could order a slim on the homemade sliced bread thought I was from outer space. I received my sandwiche on a roll. Told them wanted sliced bread and they started to argue with me. This was my first and last visit to this location.
