Taco Bell

First and foremost, I do not use Kiosks or self-checkout because I shouldn't have to do what is traditionally the job of an employee of the company to give the company money. It is a way for corporations to maximize profits while minimizing the essential unskilled labor force. I've walked in multiple times and stood in front of the front register waiting to order without my presence even being acknowledged. After about 5 minutes, the manager told me she would be right with me, then I heard a customer tell her that he hadn't recieved his drink yet, this told me that they do not have a customer first mentality. There were only a couple cars in the drive-through at this time. This consistent level of poor service is unacceptable. I walked out without ordering and took my business elsewhere.

Very gross. The food was soggy. The “sour cream” tasted like lotion. The Doritos tacos were so sad and floppy. There were kids in the window with no adult manager in sight. I’m scared to eat there again because the food left the most awful taste in my mouth. The “quesadilla” was sloppily place in the bag it was very messy. For $15 dollars I could have done so much better
