They messed up my sandwich order. It was supposed to be a Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich dry with no pickles. What I got was a crispy chicken breast with cheese on a dry bun. The bacon and onion straws were missing. What I got of the sandwich was fine, hot, crispy and tasty, just a more boring sandwich than I ordered. My fries were perfeft. My frosty was very soft and had to be put in the freezer at home for several hours to becomes thick and icy. The service was fast and efficient and polite though so 3/5 for me.

I can't get the order right. then they gave us a drink and took the drink back before handing it back to us. then I left out the fries and said we didn't order them when we did. we're going to look at the cash register receipt. they said oh yeah you did.

Usually get pretty good service from this location. Bought a chicken sandwich for my daughter and I guess they were running low on lettuce and mayo or something🤷🏽♀️ Oh well..Hopefully we'll get it right next time.

The first time I had the pretzel bun burger it was really good. This time it tasted blan, I only ate half and ate the fries instead.
