I asked for my chicks to be plain they put mayo and a pickle on them. Then I asked for my Krystal's to be off the grill only onions and they had no onions on them. Then when I got my food they never gave me my fries I had to ask for them all while sitting waiting in a long drive thru. Get it together.

Great service today at lunch, fast. Such Kind workers. A pleasure during times like these. Such a nice lady at the drive thru window. They deserve to be recognized.

The lunch crew is the best! They are always friendly, courteous, quick with your hot fresh order. Orders are correct. Burgers are not messy thrown together in the box. Fries are fresh & hot. Drinks always have right amount of ice. Keep up the Great Work lunch crew!

It took 35 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was nasty and the men's room stunk so bad you could smell it in the lobby area. This was the worst experience I've had there.

Great food, great service! Krystal always delivers a lot of bang for your buck. The drive-thru is always moving fast, and I've never had a negative encounter with employees or with my order not being correct. A must try for fast foodies!

The level of food coming out of here is SAD! i got a sackful and the bread was like soggy from the grease from the burgers and the fire was super over salted and i ask for lite ice in my drink they fill it so full that i maybe got 3 fl. oz. out of a large this place needs a refresh and a update
