Wendy's

0 STARS !!!!! We received terrible customer service this morning from Kiana, she was very unprofessional with her attitude towards my coaching staff , along with taking her mask off and not wearing any gloves. We had a big order and in the process of getting the order together she exemplified impatience and much attitude. It took another crew member to step in and assist us in completing our order. I believe Kiana needs more customer relations training. But we were very disappointed with this type of service we received so early in the morning. We will not be returning and I don't encourage any teams or anyone else to attend this location.

We went here to order something for dinner, waited at the counter to place it. Having stood there for over 10 mins and being looked at serval times by the employees without mention of "be there in a min"... Saw the mgr, she was putting inventory away, even though the restaurant was super busy...REALLY. We just walked out, drove 3 miles to the other location (Ashley Park) Got our food, service with a smile, on our way home with food within 10 miles...much better location!!! 🍽🍔🍟🥤

Happen to live very close to this location. For the last 3 years consistently I've given this location several chances. Doesn't matter the shift or time of year I've never once gotten an order right. Sometimes morning shift will give you fresh food. Most of the time even when they're busy they somehow manage to give you old tasting food it's honestly impressive how bad they are.

Okay so twice in two weeks, the same poor results. A week prior to my visit on yesterday, I ordered what I always order "a double stack combo with another double stack." I always ask for it to be made fresh. My double stacks have bacon on them ,are cold , my fries are cold and burnt. I immediately am upset. I didn't have time to return the food so I just threw it away. On yesterday I ordered the same thing. I love Wendy's so wanted to give them another chance. I specified no bacon. I specified please make fresh. I receive my food,again cold double stacks that actually tasted stale, burnt fries that were hot however. I give up on this particular Wendy's. I wasted my money yet again. This was really disappointing as Wendy's has been my favorite for years and I've craved it so much during my pregnancy. Wendy's in Sharpsburg is much better!!!!

Food was good and the service was really friendly. It was probably my fault, I just did not realize the $5 grab bag came with a chicken sandwich, I used to get a hamburger with it so I was just surprised driving down the highway. I always love Wendy's Hamburgers, but the chicken burger is only just okay. My passenger enjoyed her grilled chicken burger, though. We would probably drive-thru again.
