Precinct Pasta

5/5 for the customer service! the staff are so friendly and nice, i felt very welcomed. Was looking for a good pasta place and this was close by. We got the lasagna, bolognese spaghetti, garlic bread and a coke. Total was $56 so it’s a fair price. The spaghetti was just great! one of the better ones i’ve had in Canberra, the garlic bread was so airy and soft! delicious! The lasagne was umm interesting! not really to my liking but others may enjoy it more than me. Overall a very enjoyable meal in a nice quiet part of town.

Ordered chicken wings entrees and were delicious. Lasagne and cannelloni mains with rochette and pear salad. So delicious and big serves. The best panacotta I have ever had for dessert. We have been a few times now. I can recommend the cheesy garlic bread definitely. The veal dishes are delicious. The tiramissu and blueberry cheesecake - yum. This place will satisfy big appetites with delicious meals.

Was told of an hour wait for pasta. 90 minutes late I received my food. Due to it being over 30 minutes, I asked the front of house worker if she could potentially give us the garlic bread for free due to the ridiculous wait and I was told she can’t do that. 90 minutes is ridiculous! I will never be coming back here. An apology doesn’t help the fact my food took much longer than it should. The front of house worker was also full of excuses saying that she can’t give things away. I have worked in hospitality and know there is a way to apologise to customers and assist them when there is an error made by the place of work. If you want good quality pasta, go somewhere else where takeaway won’t take 90 minutes

A group of us decided to try this restaurant as we saw a post on FB raving on about how wonderful it was, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. We found the food to be very salty, the dishes didn’t seem to have much flavour besides the taste of salt. Everyone had left over food (not due to the portions as the meal size is standard) and chose not to take any of it away. The atmosphere is a little uncomfortable, it is as cold inside the restaurant as it is outside in winter conditions.
