Flatbread Company

Flatbread Company pizza was exactly what we needed and wow did it deliver. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm with their wood-fired ovens right on the restaurant floor. The pizza was excellent with a wide array of options, and our server was phenomenal. Vincent even took the time to share different vegan options with us throughout the town. I would 100% come back.

I would say this is a hidden gem in North Conway, New Hampshire. I was in the area for a trade show and starving and searched Google and Flatbread co. popped up, so I thought I'd give it a try. My server Hannah W. recommended Mopsy's Kalua Pie with oven roasted free range chicken, organic mango barbecue sauce, red onions, fresh pineapple and goat cheese and Coevolution: Kalamata olives, organic rosemary, organic red onions for goat cheese, fire roasted sweet bread peppers, whole milk mozzarella, parmesan, homemade garlic oil and organic herbs so I got a half and half and it was completely satisfying and nourishing! I recommend a side salad with the house sesame dressing as well! What a great landing in this area! Thank you so much!

Nestled within a charming, inconspicuous entrance, this restaurant is a hidden gem, a gateway to pizza heaven. Their three wood ovens craft pizza crusts that redefine perfection. The pizza comes in two sizes, and both are simply fantastic. Watching the skilled chefs work their magic in front of you is a memorable experience. The clean and cozy ambiance complements the impeccable service. The pizzas, truly unforgettable. Thank you for a culinary delight.

The product is good, clean, mostly local and organic food. The flatbread crust is some of the best I've experienced. The price is not low, but the flatbread is good sized and has a fair amount of toppings with generous amounts of cheese. Several good beers on-tap and other good beverage options. I have been here many times and leave satisfied.

Pizza overall was good but not great. A couple simple things would turn it into great though. Good - dough had a great flavor. Fresh taste throughout the pizza. Onions were caramelized perfectly. Atmosphere was incredible as you can see the massive ovens they cook the pizzas in while eating. Bad- Roasted red peppers were not roasted and were potentially just put on raw. You could tell a lot of water came out of these peppers into the pizza which is why you cook them well before hand. Dampens the flavor of the whole pie. The pizza was also not finished cooking. I don’t know if that was because of the crowds so they were rushing pizzas through but the bottom of the pizza was almost raw dough. If the restaurant took the time to make good food instead of trying to get as many pies through as possible it would be much better. Overall not a place I would visit again as the wait simply isn’t worth the quality of food served. Cost was also extremely high although it is a tourist town.

We came upon this place out of a Google search while visiting. We didn’t know what to expect and were greeted with a great place to eat. The atmosphere is superb as you can watch them make your pizzas. The price is very affordable too for wood fire pizzas. The season Harvest pizza was our favorite!
