Lobster Trap

Family business who has delicious food and friendly staff. My partner and I both chose the special, Lobster Ravioli, and a mixed drink. My drink was the yellow one, Lemon Drop and some other tasty blue drink that I cannot remember the name of. We both cleaned our plates and opted for dessert. Now we didn’t realize how large the brownie and ice cream plate was…you can easily share this desert! All of our food was delicious and the lady who waited on us was so kind and friendly. We left stuffed and yet wanting to do it all over again. Ha. Highly recommend! Also, we arrived around 3pm and basically had the restaurant portion to ourselves, it wasn’t until we were getting ready to pay and leave that more people showed up to eat.

Loved this restaurant! We waited a while for a table but they were busy and working hard to keep things moving. Staff was friendly and funny. I think our server’s name was Dave but I cannot remember. Will check and update my review later. He was great! Kept us laughing while efficiently rotating through his tables. Our glasses never became empty, he was on his game. The food was fantastic! Lobster stew was so good I ordered a bowl for takeout the next day. And that one didn’t disappoint either! Very generous with the lobster meat. You know how sometimes you eat a stew and you wish there was more meat? Not the case here. I had a chunk of lobster with nearly every spoonful. And I commented that one can always tell when the lobster meat is fresh. Totally makes all the difference in the world. This was among the best lobster stews I’ve ever tasted. We shared some steamed clams and these were DELIGHTFUL! They gave us a very healthy 2lbs. Delicious and fresh, also among the best steamers I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was well-designed. Loved all the New England items on the walls. Enhanced my experience. Thanks for a very enjoyable dining event!

Was visiting New Hampshire with my family and we wanted some good Lobster and this looked like the place to go. Everything was Absolutely delicious. The prices were good as well. They had many things to choose from and everyone left full and happy. I’d recommend this place for your lobster cravings because it was fantastic. Overall, great experience.

What a great seafood restaurant. This is a great place tucked away on the outskirts of North Conway. I highly recommend stopping here for lunch after a day of hiking. On a nice day the outside seating is great. The food is fresh and so good. The fried food is hot not soggy. What an awesome summer seafood place.

Loved this place. Cozy vibe, great food and service. We had the lobster roll & baked stuffed haddock with crabmeat. Really huge portions with crazy amount of sides (onion rings were ridiculous) and just super fresh and tasty! My lobster roll was stuffed to the brim. Would definitely recommend the early bird special for the great value and would recommend a visit if you’re in the area on holiday. Will be back!

We just had two delicious fried seafood platters, full of large, plump whole clams, shrimp, scallops and large pieces of haddock. The cost was well below what we would have paid elsewhere and the quality and quantity well above expectations desserts were fresh and delicious. Our server Catherine was a delight. Thank you and we are looking forward to seeing you all again soon!
