Horrible services. We have received incorect order and we were trying to call them for 35 minutes. Finally, they called us back and instead of saying sorry for wrong order they asked us how could we ate their extra potatoes wedges! We told them we can pay them back this 5 f as we opened the box already but he slammed the phone. Please safe your time and money and do not buy from this place. PS: food was 3/10.

Terrible service. Took 2 hours for my order to arrive and it was the wrong order. Called them to tell them and they explained that they didn’t have want I originally wanted, so I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know, and no answer given. My burger arrived with just the burger and cheese. No salad no, no sauce, then they told me I should’ve specified I wanted that. WHAT?? Every standard burger comes with at least salad and they didn’t specify this type on the site when ordering. In the middle of expressing my disappointment they hung up on me. Shocking customer service and the food was cold and terrible anyway. NEVER AGAIN!

First time visiting this place and definitely the last. Shop was grubby looking, tables had dried on remnants of something on them. Bloke serving was more interested in his phone than serving customers. Chips were cold and limp, doner meat was bland and tasteless. Chicken shish was nicely cooked and still moist. Salad was OK apart from the wilted brown lettuce. Cheap nasty bottled chilli sauce and the ketchup was like water. Never again!!!

Took 22 quid off me in August. We waited 2 hours for delivery then got a call from another takeaway to say that Grillers was 'closed' that day (this has happened before). We asked them to cancel the order. Still no refund and unable to get hold of anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF THEY HAVEN'T ALREADY BEEN CLOSED DOWN!

Have used this place for years, always really good until last night! The food was marked delivered but didn’t arrive! Thank god for Just Eat being so good and sorting my refund this morning! Won’t be using them again, very disappointed!

Didn't get half my order! Paid £14.45 only to get chips and curry sauce. My drink and the £6 garlic bread didn't arrive. Absolute pisstake, at least the tub of curry sauce is big enough to drown myself in.

Ordered a meal for a family members birthday, ordered at 16.40 and was advised 55 mins which was fine. Called at 18.00 to be told it's just leaving and we were the first delivery. Bearing in mind we live 10mins away from the shop and it's a Sunday evening so traffic was not bad. At 18.30 called again to be told it's 3 mins away. Eventually after nearly 2 hrs the food turned up stone cold. Everything had to be microwaved and one meal was inedible. The cat has food for a week and we won't be ordering from Grillers Northampton again.

Very disappointed tonight. Ordered at 17.40 order finally arrived 20.50. This was after contacting them twice. The second time to be told their website wasn't working then I told them they'd taken my money meracously found order and it would be delivered in 20mins. Half an hour later arrived and most was cold.
