I moved away from the pioneer valley about 5 years ago now, but without fail if I'm back home for the holidays then I make sure to get Yokohama's tantan ramen! I've yet to find a bowl half as good on the west coast 😋

I been here probably around six times now with various friends. Food was bland every single time, but they gave a lot of it. Seating is also a little awkward. OK overall, nothing too spectacular.

They have fantastic broth and ingredients. The pork belly cuts are fall apart tender. You can add on extra if you want too. Highly recommend Yokohama ramen.

Went there for my daughter's birthday. We absolutely loved it and had a great time. The ramen we had was delicious. The service was great and so was the atmosphere. I can't compare it to other ramen shops because this was the first but the food was definitely better than package ramen. Lol. Plus, we wanted to try authentic Japanese ramen and this was it for us. Definitely was worth the hour trip. We'll be back.

Not bad. The aesthetic of the restaurant was visually interesting and the service was quick. We got scallion pancakes for appetizers (10/10). The chicken ramen itself was just OKAY. Average at best. Dessert was black sesame flavored mochi (10/10)

Very good eating experience! We love the ramen, and we tried an assortment of appetizers as well! The ramen was hot and enjoyable! I highly recommend this place!! If you are in Northampton or close enough to drive here, then definitely check out Yokohama Ramen!!! We were here last on 12/18/2022, food is still great!!!

In person this place is smaller than on pictures. We waited maybe 10 minutes to get seated, and that all understandable because the place has only one waitress for the whole place. Gotta give her credit, she was running around and was constantly busy. We got the R5 & R10 ramen.
Both were amazing! R5 was pretty HOT but R10 was buttery, garlicky, smooth bowl of goodness! It was raining that day so it was the best comfort food! The pork bao buns were the best I’ve had so far. The Tokoyaki was also delicious!
