Mcdonald's

Visited about 2 weeks ago, had placed an order online but never arrived, rang them and spoke to manager and asked if I could come in, both managers I spoke to were amazing and the one we seen made our order fresh right away, was very happy with the service we received just ashame out delivery driver stole over £50 worth of food hope he enjoyed it and was worth losing his job over 🤣 definitely recommend this Mc Donald's to weston favell. Thanks again to the manager who made our food sorry I forgot your name 🫣

I take my son to this particular McDonald's every week on a Friday after swimming, (if he's had a good week at school that is). Some weeks it's busier than other but in the most part we can be in and out or through the drive through very quickly. He has wanted to play on the play area since we started going but it has only just recently reopened the play. He was so excited to go on and the first time he got to go on there was a child who must have been between 5-8 years old who was using foul language and also was spitting on his little brother. Obviously not McDonald's fault but if your child is misbehaving or causing a nuisance remove them please so others can enjoy the facilities.

A Mcdonald that seems to actually put salt on there Fries, for the size it's run well, the drive through can sound like you have a flat tyre but you don't so don't worry when you hear it, staff are mostly helpful and accommodating however sometimes there is a "don't wanna be here attitude" but I guess, welcome to mcdonalds...

It happend to me for the first time in any resturant, firstly the staff totally forgot our order so after 15 minutes we asked and then they started preparing it after 10 minutes, then as we had mentioned the table no. When ordering so we expected the order to come to the table but guess what they forgot to bring it in, then after almost 20 minutes of waiting for food when we enquired, we were handed the tray of our food to our dissappointment the food was cold, upon taking the food back the manager seemed very rude and refused a refund.... By this time we had lost the appetite and just wanted our money back. We were offered some coupons for our next visit.... Sad and disappointed by the service.

First time at this place. Nice and clean (including toilets). We visited yesterday, on a very quiet day which pleased us, the kids played on McDonald's tabletop tablets. Only downside that day, a bit of a problem with our order, it was incomplete and not exactly what we ordered. After all, I think we will visit again.
