Pizza Hut

I ordered my pizza around 11:41pm it gave me the choice to get it delivered Friday 18th. I ordered online all perfect and everything, it said it was going to be delivered in 30 minutes which was 12:05 from what I got in my email. I waited and waited nothing it's 2:10am nothing was delivered but I was charged for the pizza I never got. I want my money back please order#3220218234132001333039369 and I was charged 27.91

Currently I work here we're Under New Management so the reviews that I've seen posted about this place and its food currently does not exist, our food is better, our management is good and our team is great. we are punctual on time and put out a great product. personally I'm not a pizza eater, but since working here, I love the different choices of toppings and food. wings, apple pies, cookies, brownies, cinnabons, fries, Etc... guaranteed you put us against Domino's our team is better hands down. and we will put out a better product, at a price that's cheaper than Domino's and thats in itself better... So to you that reads this thank you, you are our value, our services are based off you, our community, without you to value we wouldn't be in business.... Thanks to you...

Pizza was hot and ready on time, customer service was good. After a customer blocked me from getting my food because she made a mistake in her ordering, an employee made the extra effort to get her to move so I could have my food quickly and get home to eat it while it was so fresh. The thought put into getting me out the door quickly with my food hot was very much appreciated. Thank you.
