The Buffet

The Buffett was fantastic, it took awhile to get in due to bus tours, but the staff handle everything admirably. They kept people moving in line as best they could due to the large volume of people, honestly they really did a great job. Now the food was really great and the selection plentiful for whatever you had a taste for. Meats, seafood, salads, pasta, different sauces, soups, salads, fruit, dressings, breads, large variety of different other sides for your meal and a lovely dessert bar. They even had miniature fresh donuts.

We very much enjoyed the buffet there. The selection of food is quite large and very good. Whether your looking for breakfast, or heartier meal dishes you'll most likely find what exactly what you want. The cost is quite reasonable for the amount of food that you'll get, the presentation is nicely done and the food is fresh and delicious. From salads to desserts, assorted meats and sides, along with endless beverages, you can't go wrong! And to top it off, the atmosphere of the cafe itself is bright and cheerful as are the servers who take care of you. It's located in the midst of the casino so you're not very far from where the action is.

Nice clean place to dine. Many selections to choose from and a wide variety of choices. May only disappointment is they do not serve breakfast. Maybe they could incorporate some breakfast selections to the lunch and dinner menus. If your like me you sometime enjoy breakfast for lunch or dinner. Otherwise no complaints. It is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal.

I wish we had eaten at Kosar's for about the same cost... I think this may have been the worst buffet at which I've ever dined with the exception of the now-defunct Home Town Buffet, especially for $30 per person not including tip. The food was just terrible, for example the noodles were hard, the egg rolls had some scary meat in them, the meat and potatoes had a "freezer burn" taste, I have never left a buffet so hungry lol. I literally tried everything in hopes of finding something that wasn't sub-par or awful, I felt guilty for the obscene amount of food I wasted. Maybe we just ate there on a bad night (although you'd hope for a Friday night they'd be at the top of their game, the fact that the place was dead should have been my first hint), the wait staff was pleasant and I could see the employees were hard at work stirring the sauces to mix in the film that had coagulated on the tops from sitting too long. I also had to laugh because it was like entering a courtroom to even get into the place - if you don't have a Rocksino card, license and credit card (not joking...) they will not let you in. We had to leave, go get a Rocksino card and come back to eat. I found that odd since it's never in the best interest of a restaurant to turn away a paying customer. In any event, I cannot recommend eating here, it is just not worth the money, hit the Chik-fil-A right before you arrive at the casino.
