Great location, nice view. But food isn't seasoned or very flavorful. The fish sandwich has a standard plastic piece of tomato and huge lettuce. No sauce. The bun wasn't holding anything so the sandwich came apart in a minute. The fish had no flavor just a deep coat if flour and oil. Bisque and chowder was ok. Deep shrimps had way to much oil. Very greasy and lacking flavor.

I've had almost no problems with this place, wait times aren't horrible when waiting and food is great. I recommend the lobster roll as it is to die for. Although I only have one problem, thier rush productivity and effectiveness. During rushes their effectiveness in food quality goes down, not dramatically, but goes down. Just recently I came in during a rush and ordered clams and oysters. The clams were amazing but the oysters were different. I found that they were less clean, one with a black substance on it that I had to scrape off and another with a whole baby hermit crab under the oyster itself. Until they improve their food quality during rushes I will keep this at four stars and refrain from getting seafood during rushes.

I love this place and always go there whenever I am in South Norwalk. The only downside is that I specifically asked to have no garlic on my broiled fish, but when it came out it was covered in garlic and I have an allergy. I’m pointing this out they quickly replaced it with a dish without garlic. Other than that this is the top places to go for reasonably priced and delicious seafood.

Horrible service. Possibly the rudest waitress I’ve ever had. Over 300 dollars and the shrimp wasn’t deveined and the drinks were watered down and I’m pretty positive we were over charged. Mostly though the waitress made me afraid to ask for anything and I felt like I was in trouble. Don’t waste your money. Seafood isn’t fresh.

This place is awful all around. Overpriced bland entrees that are tiny portioned for what you pay ($30-$50). They are always terribly understaffed (but not hiring?), so it’s often over an hour wait just to get seated and then another hour to get your food. Try Sunset Grille or Harbor Lights for better quality seafood, still on the water, and with much better service.
