I usually do not post negative reviews but I had to today. I ordered lunch form this restaurant today in my Uber eats app. As Google states this restaurant opens at 11:30am, I placed my order to come 12:30-1. My credit card was charged so I figured I was good to go! Once 12:30 came I never received a notification. Started calling the restaurant with no one picking up! I didn’t get a “cancelled” notification until AFTER 12:30. This was absolutely unacceptable and disappointing

This is probably the most fun experience ive had in recebt memory. We really wanted to try this place but got there minutes before closing. The owner noticed us and flipped a table for us to be seated. She explained that a sit down meal there was way more enjoyable than take out could ever be and wanted us to experience that. And she wasnt lying. The food was great. I had the fried pork chop. And my lady had the seafood fried rice. Both were exceptional. The customer service is top knotch. Lastly, i try calamari every place i go and theirs was by far the most fun to eat. Highly recommend. We call it the fun Peruvian spot.

I had a terrible experience when placing an order for pick up recently. I ordered Saltado de Camarones Instead I received another dish which wasn’t what I ordered. I went back to the restaurant right after I noticed it and brought the uneaten food back and politely mentioned this wasn’t the order I placed and if I could receive saltado de camarones. They brought the bag of food towards the back (I thought they were going to replace my order) and instead gave the same food I returned but replaced my bag. I went back again and told them kindly that I would like to have Saltado de camarones as this isn’t the order that I paid 24$ for ( I left a 3$ dollar tip which totaled 27$). The gentlemen went to the back again and this time told me my order would be ready soon. I patiently waited and thanked him, As I was heading out he stopped me and told me I had to pay for the meal which was another 21$ after tax. Which I paid for but unfortunately I will never go back to this place again. I would expect if I was dining at the restaurant and I placed an order and the food served to me wasn’t what I ordered that I wouldn’t have to pay for another meal! The food is delicious but it’s a shame I had such a terrible experience and I think as a customer I could have been better taken care of. I was nothing but kind and understanding to the situation (Mistakes happen) but having to pay almost 50$ just to get the food I initially ordered is unfortunate..

WOW!!!!!! The food here is AWESOME!!!!! Me and My Wife came here on a recommendation of our friend and we thank them so much for introducing us to this place. Their popular dish is truly tasty. I forgot the name of it in Spanish but it says it on their menu that it is their "popular" dish. Then the dipping sauce they give you, uuuuggghhh, so good. They give it to you with bread, but try it on your meal. But it does have a Kick to it, so be careful not to put too much on.

Every time I come here, the service sucks. I come trying to give it another chance but I’m disappointed every time. The server comes over just to take our order and never comes back. The lady that dropped off our food saw we had no drinks and didn’t care. She didn’t even ask us if we needed anything else or even gave us a chance to ask for anything else. Comes after we’re ready to go & says she was on her lunch break & said “just in case nobody came to the table” Huh?! All we wanted was to have a good experience on Valentine’s Day & we couldn’t even get good service! Worse part of it all is that there was but only 1 table aside from us. Service is bad even when it’s not busy. Won’t be coming here ever again that’s for sure!!
