Excellent experience overall. The food was fresh and quick at 130pm on a Thursday. The dining area was clean and the the only had enough tables in the restaurant to socially distance by default. The counter order taker was in training and had the good sense to ask when he didn't know something and the trainer was kind and helpful. To me that means the store cares more about getting it right than being so quick that they have to re-do something they got wrong.

Thier order screen at the drive-thru is not functional. We put in our order, and repeated it back to them, because if the fact. After collecting our order and inspecting the bag, we were short a number one combo. Actually, we did get the drink, but they didn't add the sandwich and fries. There was also no receipt in the bag. Once they found the receipt they showed us we were only charged for the drink, so there wasn't a problem from their perspective. We asked for the missing items, and said we would pay the difference, rather than go back through the drive-thru which was already backed up. The young lady, said she would get the manager (who was already standing next to her). We could see through the window the manager was reluctant and not interested in talking to us. We decided to cut our losses, and left.

The time 5:07pm this manager wouldn't give me what I wanted for my order, she was rude and walk away while taken my order, All I wanted was a bake potatoe instead of the fries. Like I said she rudely walk away in the middle of my order. All she has to do is charge me for the bake potatoe not give me the fries, she was rude!!!!
