Subway

Unreliable location, unfriendly staff, poor customer service. I arrived at about 10:23pm on a Wednesday during Summer. The Subway website shows this location closes at 11pm (when Walmart closes). When I attempt to place my order, I was informed by the Subway representative that they close at 10:30pm and that all of the food had already been put away - looking down at the food counter confirmed that all of the food had been put away and cleaned out. When I show that the time is not 10:30pm yet from my cell phone, the Subway representative appears confused and defensive. I learn during our conversation that she had started to close up at about 10:15pm or 10:20pm. Finally she blamed the clock in the back for closing earlier. She brings out the clock and we confirm it's 3 minutes ahead. I point out that at the time I arrived, the time was still not 10:30pm, even accounting for the 3 minute difference. In addition, even if the location did close at 10:30pm (which conflicts with the stated times on the website), it does not make sense that the entire food counter and location had been cleaned out before the location closed. A few moments before I arrived, I saw 2 Walmart employees also leave and I can only assume that they were informed that Subway was closed too. This location does not abide by the posted times on the website (Google also listed these times) and also does not abide by their own verbally stated times since they close earlier than their own stated times. I attempted to contact the Subway location through the Subway website to report this incident. The manager had an opportunity to call and make things right, but I didn't hear from anyone (Subway corporate also contacted them). It is clear that customer service is not a priority for this location. I would recommend avoiding this location. There are other Subway locations nearby that offer much better customer service.

The two workers there were horrible. They looked aggravated to see that they had customers. The way they assembled the sandwiches was poor, I asked for the worker to put a little extra of a certain veggie and worker was aggravated and just started putting extra everything I had to ask her to remove some of it. Would not recommended

Great Fast Sammies..Either the Subway Club or Tuna. With Chipotle and extra Avocado. Order You're Way. I'm well my Belly is Satisfied. Always Clean and Fast Service@Of Course Friendly Staff. Avoid coming during the Lunchtime gets. pretty packed. Get there early. But if U want to torture Yourself on waiting in line. Go right ahead. Or maybe Ure hobbies is to wait in line Its all U😊👍 I come early to avoid the Lines. I'm just Smart @Stress Free.. LoL😁😁😌🌟🌟
