Domino's Pizza

Just ordered a pizza. I ordered a pan pizza with easy sauce, extra cheese an pepperoni. This is the pizza I came home with. Called the store the store and the general manager he’s rude. He said he personally made my pizza and it was made correctly. He said if I wanted a new pizza I had to take the one pizza back. I explained I was unable to take it back as to I didn’t have a car. No sympathy. He said well if I deliver it to you I’ll charge you a delivery fee. Charging me for his mistake I don’t understand. I said I wouldn’t pay the fee but I’d send back the incorrect pizza he said he couldn’t help me. For a company that prides themselves on being good to their customers they need better screenings for their employees. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

Staff here seem to be careless with orders. They have either make the pizza with very little cheese or take longer to deliver the order after the app tracking says it had already been made 20 minutes ago and tracking is showing the driver driving so slow it takes them another 25 minutes for a 10 minutes distance. Just for it to be missing cheese and cold, what's the point of tipping ahead!?

Long time customer but recently their quality is getting sooo bad. Either pizza is not fully cooked or toppings are missing or toppings are not proportionately placed or they put all in the center of the pizza. Manager is rude and cannot take responsibility and asking me to call their corporate office for any complaints.

My first time at this Dominos and the pizza was pretty good... I'm just real big on customer service and this Dominos was very lacking... The employees were horsing around and just being plain unprofessional with a customer sitting in the store.. The only female in the store was on her cellphone at the cash register!! I guess as long as the pizza was good should be what matters...

Took 1 hour 7 minutes to get my order. Was supposed to be 25-35 minutes. At 9:11 order was being checked for quality and yet I got It at 10:07. Cold and missing my soda and fork For my pasta. The lady when I called the first time after 50 minutes was rude and hung up. Second time I called to say I was missing some stuff she was still rude. This is unacceptable.
