Chinatown Express

This Place is horrible. The lady there is so rude and inpatient and looks bothered as she is serving my food. I had to tell her, lady there's is no need to get upset. It seems I'm not ordering fast enough for her or maybe I shouldn't wait on a new batch of beef broccoli and I should get something else, who knows what her problem is. As I'm paying for my order a lady that was waiting on her food tapped me on my back and said, " Thank you for saying something because she was rude with me when I placed my order" Then I realized, oh man she's like this with everyone. I don't know if this Lady is the owner but she is very rude and somehow hates to deal with customers. The food is not that great and i will not be returning here again. They will keep losing customers

Customer service sucks! The owner treatment is bad. She didn't let me finish ordering my food when she said bye bye. I ask for Hot sauce and she said is in the Bag when I double check, She didn’t put it. Than she realizes it was not in the bag, went back,brought me some and Left on the counter walk away.

The food was really good BUT I had to use the ladies room and to get to it you have to go through the kitchen... It sucks for them that there was an employee in there which gave me a nice long time to actually look around... There were rat poison pellets in Tupperware around the bags of potatoes etc... Which of course means RATS... Then there were the tubes of roach gel scattered in different spots too which means roaches AND rats... The worker finally came out and he had been smoking in the restroom!! Nope, no food taste that good to go back...
