Confirming Renee's review from a month ago, this location still has its doors locked despite being listed as allowing dine-in and carry-out. There are still no signs on the doors to this effect, and there are no COVID restrictions in place to demand this. Short staffing shouldn't affect whether people can walk inside to get their orders. At this point I still haven't received my order and the updated app doesn't confirm its status clearly. Wondering how hard I'm going to have to knock on the door to get my food!

Wendy's is the Best of the big name fast food Burger chains. Always fresh, specialty burgers, fresh salty fries. This location is timely and friendly, I've never had to wait an odd amount of time for my food, nor move my car to a spot while they serve others. You can only enter heading East on Imperial, or from behind IHOP, so if you miss it you gotta loop around. Do it, it's worth it!

I'm about customer service, which was great. The food at Wendy's is usually consistent to me. This is why the branch gets four stars. I will recalibrate my experience about this location after I revisit again.

The dining area is closed. They offer no sign. Wanted to order in. Doors are locked at lunch time. Had to wait in the drive thru after I tried to open the locked door. Service grouch got my order. He said they are short staffed. Maybe the management is bad. Put a sign up to show the dining room is closed. Traffic is bad enough. And it is hard to get in the drive thru. I guess they are short on hospitality to. Step up manager! Do something to encourage employees to stay. I will not be coming back to this Wendy's.

Dining room is closed! No signs posted anywhere.
There was people ON FOOT ordering at the drive through.
Drive through was ridiculously slow & whoever was taking orders was clearly not doing their job. He repeated our order like 3 times & every time he said it wrong! It wasn't much of a surprise when we got our order & it was incorrect.

I will update this with the missing star when you stop closing for being understaffed. I LOVE WENDY'S and I enjoy eating inside not outside. So please work on that for everyone. Wendy's burgers and fries are the best in town. The nuggets are real chicken and the smoothies are the bomb. Come and enjoy my american Pippi Long stocking looking girls food that is fresh and tasty.
