Mcdonald's

This McDonalds is a good one . All young kids first job but they are well trained and speak so Old Ears hears them about 78.765% of the time. Not 100% but better than most . Food always seems to be packaged well also . It is McDonalds so just remember , this ain’t no Five Star joint you frequent so much . Plus we ain’t going to the Moon here !

The food was pretty standard for McDonald's but the wait in the drive thru is what made my experience painful. I waited in the drive thru for a little over 20 minutes as the line stood still. I assume there was downed system or something but the issue was not acknowledged at the window. It wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best either.

Mr Jaydan at drive true was a true Gentleman and professional asking me if possible to brew a fresh cup of coffee because he noticed the coffee he give me a drive thru was cold. At the time of my visit, my mother and wife was in the car so was extra appreciated how professional Jaydan was with Us plus in record speed as well. Thanks Mr Jaydan

Wanted simple fries and drink with some lemons. Took almost 20 minutes when an employee said “2 minutes” . He then gave my drink, said he’ll get my fries, then proceeded to go to break. Had I not said anything after 10 minutes I would have waited in total 30 minutes. Its not that hard to pour a large tea and a medium fries even if theres a large drive through line. Moral of the story is don’t be nice if you get a mobile order and choose curbside Dropoff since they will have to bring it to you for a mobile order.

Nothing but rude, unprofessional liars working at this location. The sign they posted clearly says walk-up customers can place order for pickup via app. Yet when you ring the doorbell, a girl with an attitude will come and tell you “it’s drive-thru only” and close the door in your face. Would never visit this location again and will be sure to post my experience everywhere I can. Should be closed for posting misleading information and being nasty to customers

This is hands-down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They messed up my order and asked me to wait in the parking lot. after 10 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I went inside only to find out they weren’t working on my order they had no idea why I was waiting there and I was just wasting my time

So I wanted breakfast because I work early mornings at UPS and I was told at first that Breakfast wouldn't be until 5am; it was 3am. But the guy and lady ( an employee working the window/taking orders and a manager) said it was OK, that they would serve me breakfast. I was so excited and hungry. Then my birthday was on the first of this month (December)and wanted the free things McDonald's gives away for your birthday. Again, they said they don't serve those things early until later, but made a huge exception. This is why I love McDonald's so much and at this location. Can't say everyone is like that, but these two went above and beyond to see that the customer (me) was taken care of, and that is great customer service for you. That is another reason for me go back. Other McDonald's I have been to been rude and not will to see a customer happy. I find that these two people should indeed lead others to what McDonald's stands for which to serve a great meal and to see a satisfying customer. Myself, I have worked customer service for more than 10 years and when I see others do amazing things as Myself has, I make sure they are recognized. I hope McDonald's does the same for these two people. Didn't get their names. However, I will another morning.
