Vietcentric Cooking Class

My husband and I went to this amazing class. Not only did we learn about Vietnamese cooking but also about Vietnamese culture which was so interesting. We found that the three hours flew by and we met some lovely people. The Vietcentric team were awesome and professional. We were really happy with the end result and have recommended this to our friends.

Awesome vegan cooking class. I had such a good time, the hosts were very kind and knowledgeable, and I'm very pleased to have learned to cook these delicious dishes. Very good value for money, lovely venue, super well organised. I learned a lot about Vietnam also, which was very much appreciated in advance of my trip next month. Can't wait to go! :)

My husband and I attended the Saturday class and we had such a wonderful time! Not only did we learn to cook two high quality Vietnamese meals, we learnt a lot about Vietnamese culture and language. The session finished with a tea ceremony, which was a great learning experience and incredibly calming. The staff were absolutely lovely! Afterwards they sent the recipes we cooked to us along with an additional one, which I'll be recreating for my husband's sister as she gifted the class to us! For me, Vietnamese cuisine is my favourite. It was such a pleasure to learn more about the food and culture of Vietnam. Thank you!! xo

Went to the Saturday cooking class and have to say it was incredible! The staff were so attentive and patient. The food was delicious and they even sent out the recipes afterwards. They adapted everything for dietary requirements and everyone got one to one attention throughout. Was lovely to hear about Vietnamese culture from the staff and take part in a tea ceremony. Could not recommend enough!
